Wow, let's do the math $13,000 divided by 80 hrs equals $162.50 an hour. Nice salary, ooops forgot materials. Maybe that is part of the city employees 4.62% pay cut in action?

In today economy..now is not the time to be $13,000 for a portrait. With the city in dire financial strains it could have been delayed til the city could get back on track. The city can not get its priorities in order.
