MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com) - A lawsuit has been filed against a Memphis-based clothing chain.

City Gear, LLC is accused of withholding more than $25 million in overtime pay for store managers and assistant managers.

The collective action lawsuit claims managers who worked for the company's stores, which include City Gear, Marty's, and Holliday's, were wrongfully exempted from six years of overtime pay.

City Gear operates more than 100 stores in the South and Midwest.
