the guy that hit her is a scumbag, but if its found out those children werent restrained, I hope she gets charged too! If youre going to drive around without your kids in seat belts in THIS CITY, with this amount of UNINSURED AND UNLICENSED DRIVERS...then you should be charged with child endangerment. Yes, the guy that hit her was in the wrong. But if you hadnt been so lazy in the first place, these kids would be at home, not in the hospital. You cant go blaming society for youre own stupidity.

I agree with anothervoice. I have a strong feeling that both of these drivers are the same types of reckless and careless fools that I dodge on a daily basis while driving. I'd bet a welfare check that she was talking on the phone when it happened.
