If the ban passes, when do all the thugs who have these guns illegally have to start turning them in?

If making guns illegal will take them off the street, we should make meth and heroine illegal too.

Mr. Moore, I mourn your loss. But, all the gun contorl measures in the world WILL NOT cure an evil person. The gun that was used was almost for sure stolen. That is against the law.Evil people do evil things. If it takes a hammer or ball bat, they will still do their evil deeds.the answer is in enforcing the existing laws without a "deal" being cut for an easy conviction. Try them, lock them up and let the maggots serve ALL of their sentence.
