New Names Proposed for Controversial Memphis Parks

Just call it 'the Civil War Park'. Nobody is going to call it by the revisionist name, anyway. The people (the 'burdended ones') are not as stupid as you want them to be (despite the FACT that memphis keep "re-electing" the traitors).

"I think what the mayor and I wanted to do was start the discussion on trying to compromise and achieve some consensus," Strickland told The Commercial Appeal. If you're renaming the parks rename them and be done with it. Move on This "compromise" will do nothing. Its either do or don't there is no inbetween. Dig Forrest up and move him if you don't want him in Memphis
