They're terminating tobacco. Starting this fall, if you light up at Ole Miss prepare to pay the price.

Outside should be the designated smoking area! If your not in close proximity to the buildings, you are not exposing others to secondhand smoke and do not pose a threat to their health. I am not a smoker but I firmly believe that adults have the right to decide for themselves. When you're in an outside setting, Smokers can't force me to lite-up and by the same token, Non-smokers shouldn't force them to stop. We as a society have gone way past the point of common sense and reason when it comes to individual rights/liberties. If we want to maintain our individual freedoms, then we have to respect others and their rights as well.

That is a crock of crap. I'd go to another school- Yes, I'd do that in an instant. Why even bother with college anyway - no jobs out there. If you want to smoke - go where you can puff away if you want to.
