Drama, ballet, and chorus. All those activities and more will play a starring role at Olive Branch High School. Next week, the school is opening it's new performing arts complex.
11 years ago, when Milton Kuykendall was first elected as DeSoto County Superintendent, part of his plan for DeSoto County Schools was to make performing arts a priority. He says the blending of arts and academics is the perfect match for students.
"Performing arts enhances student achievement and we have found that be very true," said Kuykendall.
