Former University of Memphis Tiger and NBA All-Star Anfernee "Penny" Hardaway surprised kids in his Binghampton neighborhood with an early Christmas.
Japerria Robison told abc24.com, "It's wonderful that Penny came and supported us and given us things we couldn't get."
Penny said when he was growing up he was lucky to get just one present for Christmas. "I was blessed beyond measure. God gave me the talent to play basketball and have a great life."
In turn, Penny gave kids a great Christmas. The kids received new bikes, iPods, dolls, and many other gifts.
