Pinnacle Airlines Announces over 150 Possible Memphis Layoffs

Pinnacle Airlines announced plans to lay off over 150 employees in Memphis on December 19, 2011.

Everyone can personally thank recently fired CEO Phil Trenary with his $3 million dollar golden parachute and tyrannical COO Doug Shockey, who both worked dilligently to drain the company of every dime once they were able to implement an IPO. The last 6 years or so before his dismissal, Phil was more involved with other personal ventures, rarely showing up to do Pinnacle work-, allowing Doug to weild his vicious whip throughout the company with the help of his hand-picked henchman. Now, if the new management would just take out the last rottent tyrant, perhaps the company could get back to being a decent place to come to work and one that might make money.
