PEMISCOT COUNTY, MO (abc24.com) - Two robbery suspects are behind bars after they led police on a chase through three states Wednesday afternoon.
The chase began around 1:30 p.m. after a T-Mobile on the 8300-block of Stage Rd was robbed, and the suspects took off in a black Chevy Malibu. As the suspects continued into Arkansas, state police picked up pursuit with local police departments blocking ramps along I-55 north.
Shortly after crossing the Arkansas-Missouri state line, the suspects avoided spike strips laid out by Missouri State Troopers, but pulled over and were taken into custody at mile marker 5 on I-55 around 3:15 p.m. Both suspects were taken to the Pemiscot County Jail.
