When I first saw this story, I thought that it was the most disturding and disgusting crime I've ever heard of. The crime of screwing this up is only slightly better.

Whoever made the error needs to be put on trial. Errors are made everyday, but something as sinister as this crime requires careful attention to every detail. The judge as well needs to stand trial for allowing this monster to walk free. I understand the law is the law, but there's also such thing as common sense and a situation like this requires an exception to the rule. May God bless our country, because we need it more than ever.
