HOLLY SPRINGS, MS (abc24.com) - The second suspect wanted for attacking a Mississippi teen is now in custody.

30-year-old Gregory Jenkins was arrested Friday, April 27. He was arrested in Hardeman County, Tennessee and was transported back to Marshall County to face charges of assault and kidnapping.

The other man charged in the case made his first court appearance Friday morning. Bond was set at one-million dollars for 29-year-old Kevin Schrock.

Schrock was arrested April 26 in Fayette County and also charged with assault and kidnapping. His next court appearance is June 4.

Deputies say Schrock and Jenkins attacked 18-year-old Charles Hardeman earlier this month in Holly Springs. They say the two tied the teenager to a concrete block and threw him into a lake. Hardeman's home was then burned to the ground.

Hardeman was able to free himself, get out of the lake and drive for help, but he ended up crashing into a tree.

He's still recovering at The MED and was last reported in fair condition.
