How is suing going to bring him back? Some people just look for things to sue for, plus his mom was so ugly when they found his body and she said he wasn't just any old Joe or something to that effect, like anyone else losing their children was less important!! I have no respect for her at all.

might as well sue the cell phone provider also for not calling the right 911 center.... sue somebody dam somebody has got to pay..... he obviously has a drug , money or gambling problem. he royaly pissed someone off this was NOT random. i find it funny that his family wants money because of his poor life choices, regardless of who thinks what ball was dropped he was dead on the 911 tape and nothing would have saved him.
