Guilty...any other verdict, and the responsible judge needs to be exposed, & investigated......why is this tool being allowed to flaunt the law & steal from the taxpayers?????

Cant wait to hear the verdict, then I will know if I can put blue lights on my car or not. Cause I'm a jerk on a power trip too.

I just wonder what would happen to a regular citizen who put blue lights on their car and "pretended" to be a police officer? If the truth be known, WE paid for those blue lights and WE will probably pay his fine........that is with tax dollars. It is hard to believe that some citizens are still defending him after his past actions.

"Whoever falsely and willfully assumes or pretends to be an officer or employee acting under the authority of the State of Mississippi or any department, agency or officer thereof; or of any county, municipality or any other subdivision of the State of Mississippi, or of any department, agency or officer of such county, municipality or subdivision, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punished for each separate such offense by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment of not more than six (6) months in jail, or by both such fine and imprisonment" I notice it say "shall be" not might be...... but what are the chances?
