MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com) - Memphis police have charged a suspect in a triple shooting that left one man dead Tuesday night.
Police were called to the 2400-block of Ketchum shortly after 11 p.m. on Tuesday, September 4. When they arrived they found three victims had been shot. Two male victims were transported to The MED, one 21-year-old was in critical condition and a 22-year-old was non-critical. The third victim, later identified as 21-year-old Marvin Cole, was pronounced dead on the scene.
Investigators say the victims were inside when 23-year-old Demarco Waters entered the home and opened fire.
Waters is charged with First Degree Murder and five counts of Attempted First Degree Murder. He is being held without bond at the Shelby County Jail.
