MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com) - Police nabbed a suspect who shattered storefront windows at two northeast Memphis businesses early Sunday morning thanks to his unique choice in clothing.

Officers say the storefront window of Donnie's Market at 2098 Covington Pike was broken in a burglary attempt just before 5 a.m. on Sunday, September 9. About a half hour later, officers were called to a similar incident less than two miles away at Amco Liquors at 2141 Sycamore View.

The same suspect seen on surveillance video at both businesses, a white male with a red bandana over his face wearing a white t-shirt with a moose logo. Police located a man in the area wearing a shirt that matched the suspect's and also found a red bandana in his possession.

Upon questioning, 25-year-old Jonathan Foster admitted to hitting the window at the liquor store. Foster was arrested and charged with Vandalism $500-$1,000, Vandalism $1,000-$10,000 and two counts of Attempted Burglary. He was booked at the Shelby County Jail on $20,000 bond.
