MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com) - A suspect who walked out of his own trial was back in custody Thursday.

Deputies with the Shelby County Fugitive Apprehension Team arrested Frank Hunter, 29, on Thursday, December 6 after they located him at a home on the 800-block of Hudson Street.

Hunter had been on trial for Aggravated Kidnapping, Aggravated Assault, Reckless Endangerment, Domestic Assault and Convicted Felon in Possession of a Handgun. As the jury was deliberating, Hunter, who had been out on bond during the trial, left the building and told his attorney he was not coming back. The judge revoked his bond and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Frank Hunter is being held at the Shelby County Jail and is scheduled to appear in court December 11.
