A domestic dispute in the Frayser area turned deadly Wednesday night, injuring one victim and killing a second.
MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com) - A domestic dispute in the Frayser area turned deadly Wednesday night, injuring one victim and killing a second.

Memphis police responded to a shooting in the 3900-block of Balfour Street around 10:45 p.m. on Wednesday, May 22. When they arrived they found a 26-year-old male victim, later identified as Devin Cox, inside the home who had been shot. Paramedics pronounced the man dead on the scene.

A short time later, police located another shooting victim nearby in the 1400-block of Briercrest Lane. The 22-year-old male victim was transported to The MED in non-critical condition.

Investigators say both victims were shot while trying to intervene in a domestic fight involving 21-year-old Setric Hall, who was trying to shoot his own girlfriend. The girlfriend was not injured.

Hall was arrested and charged with Second Degree Murder, Aggravated Assault, Attempted Second Degree Murder, and Possession of a Firearm. He is being held at the Shelby County Jail without bond.
