MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com) - Memphis police need help identifying a suspect who used a stolen identity to obtain a title and tags for an SUV in October.
Investigators say the incident occurred on Tuesday, October 23. The suspect used someone else's personal information to title and register a 2002 Chevy Tahoe, and later tried to get a title loan for the SUV using the same stolen identity.
The suspect is described as a black female between 25 - 35 years old, 5'7", about 150 lbs., with medium length hair.
