District attorney spokesman Vince Higgins said the officers were serving warrants Wednesday morning after an investigation into a complaint of official misconduct.

Higgins said the complaint was made with the district attorney's office last December and centered on activities in Millington. He declined to elaborate on what type of misconduct was involved or to say exactly who was being served with the warrants.

@ Cindyjhaney: Try being informed instead of opinionated. The TBI is in the very early stages of their raid; we will know soon enough what is going on. What we do know is that this started in 2010; unless city officials could foresee a flood, then one has nothing to do with the other. And stop trying to make Memphis out to be the bad guy even when TBI is not only at Millington's door step, but has busted the door down! What does the City of Memphis have to do with anything in this case?

@ Cindyhaney...Regardless of how small Millington happens to be, The TBI doesn't normally stop by for coffee and donuts. The TBI had a reason for raiding Millington. And when they have a reason to raid Memphis City buildings I'm sure they will! Just be patient. AND WHAT DOES THE SIZE OF A CITY HAVE TO DO WITH THE AMOUNT OF CORRUPTION WITHIN THAT CITY?

Millington is so small there is not much they can do to get into trouble unless it is siphoning funds after the floods. But my question is when is The TBI going to raid Memphis City. That is where the corruption really is. That and every other government agency in Tennessee.
