MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com) - A 17-year-old boy was killed after a shooting at a Memphis apartment complex Sunday night.
Police were called to the Shadowbrook Apartments at Lamar Avenue and Getwell Road around 10:15 p.m. on Sunday, July 8. Officers on the scene found two teens had been shot; 17-year-old Jamarcius White was transported in critical condition to The MED but died a short time later, and the second teen, also 17, was taken to Le Bonheur Children's Hospital in non-critical condition.
Investigators say the victims were walking in the area when an unknown suspect, possibly in a white van, drove by and shot both teens.
So far no arrests have been made.
