Police officers have been stationed at all West Memphis schools after several anonymous threats were made Tuesday.
WEST MEMPHIS, AR (abc24.com) - Police officers have been stationed at all West Memphis schools after several anonymous threats were made Tuesday.

According to West Memphis Chief Donald Oakes, a threat was made to the principal at one school; a short time later, the same caller stated "something bad is going to happen by the end of the day" at another area school and the superintendent's office. Oakes would not specify the nature of the threat, or any identifying features of the caller.

Officers have been placed at all 11 schools within the city's district, including one school in Marion.
