BARTLETT, TN (abc24.com) - Three people were arrested after Bartlett police served a search warrant at a home suspected of drug activity.

Officers arrived to serve the warrant at a residence on the 6000-block of Blue Springs Ave on Monday, February 11. While on the scene, 41-year-old William Mettler pulled up on his motorcycle and was found with a baggie of methamphetamines and a glass pipe in his possession. His driver's license had also been suspended.

Upon a search of the home, officers found baggies with meth residue and evidence of meth-making materials, such as several empty blister packs of pseudoephedrine. Pharmacy records showed that the resident, 30-year-old Shanna Sharber, had made numerous recent pseudoephedrine purchases. They also found smoking paraphernalia in the bedroom.

Police arrested Mettler, Sharber, and her boyfriend, 29-year-old David Tolleson. Mettler was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Driving on a Suspended License. Sharber and Tolleson were both charged with Promoting the Manufacturing of Methamphetamine.
