"We still face a budget shortfall of $65 to $80 million dollars," Hobson writes. "Given our fiscal outlook, a resolution of MCS' judgment against the City has never been more critical." Is he saying even after the 57 million hes still short 80 million? I've heard Memphis residents say that after the County takes over the schools. Their city tax rate will go down by the same rate the county goes up. They think they're going come out to the plus side on this county take over. Here a hint They've already spent the money. They gave themselves rasies, They're not paying now. Judge Mays should hit the city with triple damages for comtempt. Its been more then three years. These are reasons 2&3 to move. Letterman could do a top ten list.
