Victim Advocates Pushing to Revamp Rape Prosecution Laws

One Memphis group is hoping to help rape victims receive justice. They want to change the statute of limitations on when someone can be charged with rape.

If law "enforcement" ACTUALLY punished the rapists, they would not be ABLE to get out & do it again. There would be no need to jail them in the first place. All the people rushing to get carry permits certainly sound like THEY have confidence in their "leaders", don't they?!
