According to the last published census info, Galloway has a population of less than 700. Why is there a "Executive Director of the Gallaway Housing Authority". If there is a title like this in a burg like Galloway, then there must be huge amounts of government overhead, waste, abuse, and fraud. That's why the 5 officers in the Galloway Police department write hundreds of tickets - to feed the beast. One good deed protecting a 'citizen' does not make up for the theft of likely tens of thousands of dollars from the local economy to support the local government.
