The owners of Club Crave asked a Shelby County judge to reopen the business at a Friday hearing. The plan for the court appearance, which was supposed to be routine, was to set a trial date for the owners of Club Crave and 380 Beale. After meeting for more than an hour without progress, the attorneys and the judge finally had to abort.
