MEMPHIS, Tenn. (localmemphis.com) – Nine Shelby County High schools can now help prevent dehydrationamong student athletes this winter.
Well Child is an organization that provides in-school healthcare for SCS students. Thursday, the group gave the nine high schools Gatorade hydration packs, each worth $1,000. The packs include hydration chews bottles coolers and more.
The goal is to teach students to stay hydrated year-round, notjust on game day.
