MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Someone in Memphis is $2,000,000 richer today.
Tennessee Lottery officials said in Monday’s Powerball drawing, a player in the bluff city matched five of five white balls to win $1,000,000. And the player paid the extra $1 for the Power Play feature, which upped the win to $2,000,000.
The winning $2 million ticket was sold at the S-Mart in the 4800 block of Stage Road in Memphis.
