BARTLETT, Tenn. — A heavier police presence is coming to Bartlett City Schools.
The city approved $750,000 in salaries and benefits for seven new Bartlett Police Department (BPD) officers to provide additional security at the six BCS elementary school campuses.
There will now be a BPD officer at all 11 district schools.
