MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Florida International University announced Thursday that football player Luke Knox passed away at the age of 22.
Knox played under Lane Kiffin with Ole Miss from 2019-2021 and is a Brentwood, Tennessee, native.
“There are heavy hearts throughout our football team after the passing of Luke Knox,” Kiffin said in a Twitter post. “He was a tremendous teammate and an even better person who lifted up everyone around him.”
