MANCHESTER, Tenn. — The people of Manchester, Tennessee, home of the annual Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival, are mourning the death of the city’s mayor from COVID-19.
A statement from the family on the city’s website said Mayor Lonnie J. Norman passed away early Monday morning from the coronavirus.
