CNN Newsource (localmemphis.com)– Cutting around 300 calories a day may be beneficial for your heart, accordingto a new study published by The Lancet Diabetes and Endocrinology journal Thursday.
Over the course of the two-yearstudy, healthy adult participants lowered their blood pressure and levels ofbad cholesterol by cutting back. Participants also saw a 24% drop intriglyceride concentrations in the blood.
It doesn’t take much toscale back 300 calories. Skipping dessert or intermittent fasting are twooptions.
