CRITTENDEN & ST. FRANCIS COUNTIES, Ark (localmemphis.com) – Early morning storms in East Arkansas caused flooding and high winds flipped 18-wheelers.

Local 24 News Reporter Kelsie Cairns and Videographer Ronald Douthet have seen some of the overturned trucks as they drive I-40 through Crittenden County and into St. Francis County.

There have been multiple reportsof semi-trucks flipped due to high winds associated with a line of storms thatrolled through the area between 3:30-4:00 a.m.

At 6:30 a.m., crews were workingto get two semi-truck up-righted and off the interstate in the westbound lanesof I-40 just west of West Memphis.  Noinjuries are reported in this incident.

Earlier, Saturday morning, alleastbound lanes of I-40 near mile marker 221 in St. Francis County, Arkansas wereblocked due to multiple tractor trailer trucks that were blown over.
