Monday marks one year since 2 year old Laylah Washington was killed in a drive-by shooting in Memphis.
Investigators have received dozen of tips, but no arrest has been made.
Laylah was shot last June at Winchester and Kirby Parkway while riding in a car with her family.
In January, the reward leading to an arrest and conviction was more than $20,000.
Donations were made by Governor Bill Haslam’s office, the Memphis Fire Association, and Memphis City Council.
