Baby at center of AMBER Alert found safe, Roscoe Graham in custody

UPDATE 11:30 a.m. – The 11-month-old baby at the center of an AMBER Alert on Tuesday morning has been found safe. Her father is now in custody.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (localmemphis.com) – UPDATE 11:30 a.m. – The 11-month-old baby at the center of an AMBER Alert on Tuesday morning has been found safe. Her father is now in custody.

Rose Graham was found just after 7:00 a.m. inside a Cordova home on the 1700 block of Beaver Trail eight hours after her father, Roscoe Graham, took her. The home in Cordova was 11 miles from where Rose was taken.

Rose was unharmed, according to officials, but she was taken to Le Bohner Children’s Hospital to be looked at.

The Shelby County Sheriff’s Department hasn’t released what connection there is to the home or how they ended up there. Graham was traveling by foot when he initially took Rose.

Investigators did find a gun inside the home during a search of it. Graham was reportedly armed when he took her.

Other people were inside the home when deputies arrived. They were detained and questioned.

Graham was taken into custody without incident. He was not immediately charged.

UPDATE @ 8:20 a.m. – 11-month-old Rose Graham has been found safe at a home on Beaver Trail in Cordova.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has issued an amber alert for an 11-month-old girl

Investigators say 11-month-old Rose Graham was taken by her father, Roscoe, from a home near Long Creek Road and Lowrance in Hickory Hill.

Roscoe, who is considered armed, dangerous, and possibly suicidal, was last seen wearing denim jeans and a white t-shirt. Rose was last seen in navy blue onesie.

Roscoe took Rose around 11 p.m. Monday, after getting into a fight with his mother at the home where they were both living in.

An emergency response team has set up at Lowrance Elementary, two blocks from where Rose was taken.

If you see Roscoe and Rose call 911 immediately.
