A city watch has been issued for 14-year-old Erica Maxwell.
Police say Erica ran away after her mother would not let her go out from her home on the 4200 block of Running Brook Circle.
According to officials, she has mental disorders and does not have her medication with her.
She was last seen wearing leopard print glasses, denim shorts and a blue/green shirt.
