A local club for teens is getting a makeover all thanks to a local business. And, it’s local good news.
“We brought in four, 80-inch TVs. We brought some sofas and love seats, and games, chairs, some cocktail tables, end tables, lamps and goodie bags,” said Aaron’s Regional Manager Todd Derenberger.
It may look like and sound like it, but this is not a house warming. It’s a teen’s paradise. We’re talking Nintendo switch, foosball, and board games like Family Feud.
Aaron’s stopped by Oakhaven to give children in the area a fighting chance at achieving, and donated these items to the Boys and Girls Club.
“We keep on hoping that our future is going to be good, but now we can actually help our future.,” said Derenberger
Children being our future! Teen center leaders hope the renovations will help boost membership and provide teens with a safe and healthy environment.
