TN man breaks into car, eats owner’s McDonald’s, and refuses to get out

A man is facing charges after police say he entered another person's vehicle and ate their fast food.

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (WATE) — A man is facing charges after police say he entered another person’s vehicle and ate their fast food.

Johnson City police have charged Armon R. Grant, 22 of Johnson City, with auto burglary and theft of property under $1,000.

Police say they responded Thursday evening to the 1300 block of Spring Street, where they found Grant sitting in another man’s car.

The victim told officers Grant entered his car and started eating his McDonald’s food. He then refused to get out of the car when asked, the victim said.

Police arrested Grant without incident. He is being held in the Washington County Detention Center on an $11,000 bond.
