MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The Memphis Police Department (MPD) said a man was shot and killed in an apartment complex in the Frayser neighborhood around noon on Monday. A woman was taken to Regional One but also died, according to MPD.
MPD said the incident took place in the 3100 block of Madewell at the Greenbriar Apartments on James Road.
Police said there one man that is detained.
