Memphis Police say they are investigating after a man reported shooting an intruder.
It happened just before 4:00 p.m. Thursday in the 2700 block of Jolson. Police say a man told them he shot an intruder, but they have not released any other information.
Local 24 crews at the scene say it appears the man who was shot was killed in the incident.
