Memphis Police are searching for a hit and run driver after a man was hit and killed in east Memphis Thursday night.
It happened about 11:30 p.m. on Poplar Avenue near Suggs Place. Police say a 55-year-old man was found in the road, and injured from apparently being hit by a vehicle. He died at the scene.
