Third-seeded Memphis went on a 16-0 run early in the first half and never looked back against sixth-seeded San Diego.
Jeremiah Martin led the way with 21 points and 7 rebound while Tyler Harris and Kyvon Davenport each contributed 16 points in the win.
Memphis will travel to Omaha to play Creighton in the NIT Second Round.
