MEMPHIS, Tenn. (localmemphis.com) – $5 million will be poured into Memphis an effort to solve and end homelessness.
MIFA has been selected to receive a grant to enhance its services over a 5-year period. A portion of the money will help limit the time families spend on the streets and better help get them into housing.
MIFA is one of 32 nonprofits across the U.S. to receive the grant from the Day 1 Families Fund as part of a broad investment to help solve family homelessness.
