New developments Wednesday in the murder case of a 20-year-old nursing student in rural Tennessee. Jennifer Thompson, attorney for Zach Adams, one of three men accused of kidnapping and killing Holly Bobo, asked judge Creed McGinley to recuse himself.
She says the judge is urging her to make her client to take a plea deal.
McGinley said “there is no conflict of interest” in the case.
Adams, his brother Dylan and Jason Autry are accused of killing Bobo in 2011.
The case went unsolved until 2014 when two hunters found her skull in the woods.
