Regional One Health Foundation will host its 8th annual ONE Night gala on Saturday, April 13, 2019. ONE Night benefits Regional One Health and is both an amazing party and powerful philanthropy in action. The event features cocktails, dinner and musical performances to remember by two world-renowned recording artists.
This year, guests will spend the evening with two Grammy winners. Headlining this year’s ONE Night are the Queen of Funk herself, Chaka Khan, and international R&B superstar, Billy Ocean.
Chaka Khan’s celebrated career spans nearly half a century. Known for both her powerful vocals and vibrant image, Khan has won 10 Grammy awards and sold an estimated 70 million records. She keeps audiences grooving with hits like “I’m Every Woman,” “Tell Me Something Good,” and “I Feel for You.”
Billy Ocean’s style blends soul, pop and R&B. He has sold more than 30 million records worldwide. His number one hit singles include “Get Outta My Dreams, Get Into My Car” and “Caribbean Queen (No More Love on the Run),” for which he won the Best Male R&B Vocal Performance Grammy in 1985.
Hosted by Regional One Health Foundation and event co-chairs Jennifer Hobson and Suzana Lightman, ONE Night is the largest annual fundraising event in support of Regional One Health. The Regional One Health Foundation brings hope and healing to thousands of patients in our community through the purchase of state-of-the-art medical technology, advanced medical training for caregivers, and the creation of programs to combat various community health issues.
The 2019 ONE Night Gala will take place Saturday, April 13 from 6 to 11 p.m. at the Memphis Cook Convention Center. Cocktail hour starts at 6 p.m., followed by dinner and entertainment. Tickets are $600 per plate and sponsorship opportunities are available.
