MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A pedestrian was struck and killed by a train Thursday morning near the 4700 block of Poplar Avenue in Memphis.
Memphis Police said officers responded just after 11:00 a.m. Thursday, where the pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.
The person has not yet been identified.
The investigation into this incident is ongoing.
