MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The Shelby County Commission found some emergency funding to help Regional One Hospital.
Recently, commissioners were told our area's only public teaching hospital with the only level one trauma center needs $750 million.
The commission found just $30 million over three years as a temporary fix Monday night. Most commissioners are pushing for a major bond issue to give Regional One the money it needs.
