MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Second Gentleman Douglas Emhoff and Secretary of Labor Marty Walsh will be in Memphis Thursday as part of President Joe Biden's "Getting America Back on Track" tour.
This is Biden's trip to push his $4-trilliion infrastructure plan.
Vice President Kamala Harris' husband and the secretary will be the first from the new Biden administration to visit Memphis.
