Governor Bill Lee has been busy this week. He signed 40 bills and resolutions including one that has some people howling. Lee signed a bill into law naming the Bluetick Coonhound Tennessee’s state dog.
It may have something to do with the fact that the Bluetick Coonhound is the University of Tennessee’s mascot.
Thirteen other states also have state dogs.
